I can’t say enough about Marnie and her team. From start to finish, the sale of my mother’s condominium was handled in a highly professional manner. Marnie responded promptly to my initial inquiry on a Friday, and Marnie and Kim met me at the condo the next day. Marnie recommended what should and should not be done to the condo to get it ready for listing. She also recommended a list price, and gave the reasons behind her thinking. All of her recommendations were bang on. We had 5 offers the day we listed the condo, and my mother received an above-listing sale price I couldn’t have imagined she’d receive.
Marnie, Kim and Jesse got everything done that needed to be done for the listing and in the post-offer period. Communication throughout was superb. Any question was answered promptly.

Although, Marnie has called Calgary home for more than 20 years, she grew up in Pictou, Nova Scotia, a small town on the Northumberland Strait (about two hours from Halifax).
